AiSight is a great place to work. And we’re hiring. If you’re interested in joining our team, we want to hear from you! That’s why we’ve created this guide to our hiring process. Read on to find out how to apply and what to expect.
Since you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’re interested in working at AiSight. You’re probably also curious about the process of finding work at AiSight. What do you need to apply at AiSight? How long does it take to get hired at AiSight?
You want to put your best foot forward. And so do we. That’s why we’ve asked our HR Manager, Frances Völkel, to offer her guidance on the process of successfully applying to work at AiSight. It’s a straightforward, five-step process. It starts with you finding the position that works for you.
See, there’s a good chance we’re interested in you working at AiSight too. We’re growing. By the end of 2022, we plan to employ 100 people—more than triple our current numbers!
That means we’re in the midst of a serious hiring spree. We’re currently hiring for all positions—you can find them all here. And we especially need staff in sales, software development, and customer success.
If you don’t see your role listed but still want to join the team, why not apply anyway? Above all, we’re looking for team members who are open, adaptable, versatile, ready to work in a dynamic environment, and looking to grow with us. If that’s you, we might have just the job for you. Simply fill out our online application form and send along your CV.

That’s All it Takes to Get Started
Really! We love getting motivation letters but they’re by no means mandatory. Your CV and one short form with seven fields is all it takes. You can even upload your CV within the form.
Of course, you’ll want to make sure your CV is error free and tailored to your position. If you’re applying for a creative position, go ahead and include your portfolio. We’ll screen your CV and get back to you to schedule the second step.
Make a great first impression! Your CV should be on point and well structured. How you present yourself matters too. You shouldn’t pretend, just be who you are. -HR Manager Frances Völkel
The Intro Call
Our next step is to schedule a 30-45 minute call. You’ll get to meet someone from the HR Team and discuss your CV, and professional and educational history.
This is also our chance to introduce you to AiSight. We’ll discuss the tasks you’d take on, the team, and our plan for the next year. Of course, we also want to show you that this is a great place to work! From team events, to benefits, to company culture, we have a lot to offer. If there’s anything you need to know about working at AiSight, this is your first opportunity to find out.
With our relationship established, we can move on to the third step.
The Case Study
The best way for all of us to determine whether you can work at AiSight is to get you to work! This is the single biggest stage of the process: the hiring project—your chance to really show us what you can do.
This will be a real-life task; the kind of work you’ll take on when you join the team. Applying for a position in operations? We’ll give you tasks and questions concerning communication with suppliers, handling stock, and principles of project management. Software? We have coding challenges for you. Sales? Strategic questions and sample pitches await.
You’ll have five to seven days to complete and submit your work. We’ll then schedule a presentation with the relevant team leader. Ideally, we’d love to meet in person, but whenever that’s not possible we can arrange remote meetings. Your presentation will be 15-20 minutes of a one hour meeting. We’ll spend the rest of the time discussing your project, and you’ll have the chance to ask questions about the work.
When we’re sold on your skills, it’s time to move on to the fourth step!

Dogs encourage workplace bonding and help alleviate stress and anxiety, hence they’re very welcome at our office. Below we have Heidi and Willy, now regular visitors of the AiSight office.

Take Me to Your Leaders
We like to follow the work project with two or three more calls or meetings. Again, ideally we like to meet at least once in person, but whenever that isn’t possible we can meet remotely.
This is our chance to get to know you a little better—and you us. You’ll get to meet the founders and other key players, deepen your feel for company culture, attach faces to names, start connecting with the team, and discover everything else you need to know about AiSight to come aboard. By this point, you’ll probably have a bunch of new questions. Feel free to ask!
And that’s it. On the fifth step you’re hired!
So how long does this all take?
We want to move things along as quickly as possible—we have work to do and people to hire! Of course, things don’t always go to plan. But we aim to get every applicant through the process in three to four weeks. The longest single step of the process is the hiring project—step three. We give one week time for you to do the task with no stress.

Finally, now that you know how to apply, why not take a look at what’s waiting for you as an AiSight team member? Benefits. Team Events.
Now that you know what to expect, why not take a look at our openings? We’re hiring for every position. We’re looking forward to hearing from you!
